I've been composing music for over three years, and one piece had a powerful emotional depth that I wanted to express fully. So, my team and I created the Victim music video, capturing themes of inner conflict, social pressures, and the personal transformation of the victim.
The video is set in black and white with red accents, symbolizing blood, hardship, and raw emotion. We used tight close-ups to capture every expression and placed the actor in an infinite white void, expanded in post-production with VFX. Metaphors like a burning rose represent the victim’s transformation, closing with her as a bold figure—symbolizing resilience, courage, and a rebirth shaped by past wounds.
Shot on a Sony Alpha 7 Mark III in a small room with controlled lighting and a minimal white screen, the setup allowed precise control over color and lighting. VFX and color grading were key in achieving the film's cinematic depth.
